Travis currently serves on the AICPA PE/VC task force. He also served on the AICPA “Cheap Stock” task force and The Appraisal Foundation’s Contingent Consideration task force. He is a former member of the AICPA Forensic and Valuation Services Executive Committee and the AICPA Business Valuation Committee. Travis leads CLA's Indiana technology industry practice and is a principal in CLA’s national valuation practice. He performs valuations of businesses, intangible assets, derivatives, and various other instruments, including securities in complex capital structures for numerous purposes, including financial reporting, tax, merger and acquisitions, private equity investment, initial public offering readiness, and capital budgeting.
