SCHARRELL JACKSON, PRINCIPAL/CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Scharrell Jackson is a Chief Operating Officer who joined Lendistry in 2021 to lead the firms Operations. As a top-tier executive with over 35 years of experience, Scharrell will drive an innovative model forward for Lendistry that results in sustainable business practices, scalability, and financial profitability.

Scharrell experiences span from industries such as Financial Services, FinTech, Manufacturing and Distribution, Real Estate and Construction, Property Management, Food Services, and Professional Services, serving in roles as Partner, Chief Financial and Operations Officer and EVP of Finance and Operations. Scharrell's business acumens expand across the business operations, leading strategy as well as the Human Resources, Legal, Administration, Finance and Accounting, Information Technology, Marketing and general Administration departments and staff.

Scharrell has a background that results in operational efficiency, human capital development, technological innovation, and business growth and scalability. Her experience leads businesses through business combinations (mergers and acquisitions), and she continues to help drive Lendistry's expansion.

She is a purpose-driven leader. She serves on the Board of Directors for Orange County Pacific Symphony, Presidents Advisory Board of Concordia University, Board of Advisors Center for Leadership, Cal State Fullerton, and the Center for Investment & Wealth Management Advisory Board. Scharrell is a member of the AICPA Women Inclusion Executive Committee(WIEC) and the National Commission on Diversity and Inclusion (NCDI)!

Scharrell's passion for motivating established, and aspiring leaders do not end when she leaves the office. In addition to her many roles at Lendistry, outside of work, Scharrell is a dynamic speaker and owns a women's speaker series, Leadership in Heels, where she continues to support the professional growth of women. She is a highly sought-after speaker and passionate about mentoring leaders and underserviced youth to obtain upward mobility personally and professionally.

Scharrell received the Los Angeles African American Vanguard Award and Farmers & Merchant Bank's Woman of Courage Award, and she was named the Orange County Business Women of the Year and most recently named one of AICPA's Most Powerful Women in Accounting. She has been recognized for countless achievements and continues to serve the community and host a weekly bible study in her home.
