Donald J. DeGrazia CPA/ABV/CFF

Donald J. DeGrazia is a partner in the accounting and business valuation firm of Gold Gerstein Group LLC with offices in Moorestown and Voorhees, New Jersey. He is a graduate of LaSalle University, Philadelphia, Pa. He is a CPA in NJ and Pennsylvania with an Accreditation in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is a member of the AICPA, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), Integra International, Inc. (Integra), a worldwide association of independent accounting and consulting firms, and Expert Resource Connection, LLC (ERC), a national alliance of business valuation and forensic accounting professionals. He a past Global Chairman and past President of the Americas, Asia & Australia (AAA) division of Integra. He is past Chairman of the Valuation and Litigation Services Resource Group of the NJSCPA and past Chairman of the Business Valuation and Matrimonial Accounting Interest Groups of the NJSCPA.

He has provided testimony in court and arbitration proceedings including business valuation issues relating to matrimonial and stockholder litigation, fraud and damages proceedings. He has also prepared business and professional practice valuation reports for estate and gift tax planning and compliance, divorce, business succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions. He has prepared damage study reports in connection with stockholder, insurance claims, and lost profits litigation, as well as reports in connection with bankruptcy proceedings.

He is vice chairman and Treasurer of Liberty USO of Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.
