John is a Partner in the DHG Atlanta office with over 13 years of experience serving clients in the automotive, heavy truck, and marine dealership industries. John focuses on an assurance and consulting practice that includes financial statement audits (US GAAP and IFRS), financial statement reviews, employee benefit plan audits, internal audit, financial due diligence, and buy/sell advisory engagements. He has worked with dealership companies ranging from 80+ locations and $9 billion in revenues to single point dealerships. Over the past several years, John has led over 25 due diligence transactions in the dealership industry. John has served on various committees and roles within DHG including the dealership assurance leadership group, financial review/oversight group, and the NADA team.
