Jessica Landay ASA, ABV, CVA, MAFF

Jessica Landay is a partner with Harper Hofer & Associates, LLC in Denver, CO. She has more than 17 years of business valuation experience, and has been involved in a variety of valuation engagements for purposes including marital dissolution, estate and gift tax reporting, shareholder dispute, shareholder buy-in/buy-out, transactions. Her work currently focuses on business valuation and other financial analyses for marital dissolution purposes, including pension valuation, stock option valuation, income analysis and lifestyle/spending analysis. She has testified as an expert witness in multiple Colorado jurisdictions. Jessica is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Business Valuation, Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF). Jessica serves on the AICPA FVS Conference Planning Committee for 2023. She is actively involved in the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts as a Mentor and currently serves as the Marketing Director for the Colorado/Wyoming State Chapter of NACVA. She has authored articles and presented on valuation topics for various organizations. Jessica was awarded NACVA's 40 Under Forty Award in 2017 and Outstanding Member Award in 2022.
