Patrick Sternal J.D., LL.M.

Patrick Sternal is an attorney with the Office of Associate Chief Counsel, Employee Benefits, Exempt Organizations and Employment Taxes (EEE). Prior to joining EEE, he was a Tax Law Specialist in the Exempt Organizations Office of Rulings and Agreements in the IRS Tax Exempt and Government Entities (TE/GE) Operating Division. Before joining the IRS, Patrick worked in private practice in Los Angeles. He has a J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from Loyola Law School.
