Alan Long

Alan is currently a member of the AICPA Council, the Professional Standards and Trends Committee of NASBA, Kentucky State Board of Accountancy and the chair of the KYCPA PAC. Alan has previously been the Chair and Secretary/Treasurer of the Kentucky Society of CPAs, chair of the Education Foundation of the KYCPA, a member of the AICPA Peer Review Board, AICPA Auditing Standards Board and the AICPA Professional Ethics Executive Committee. A previous member of the Compliance Assurance Committee of NASBA. He received the 2005 Distinguished Alumnus Award from the School of Business and Technology at Eastern Kentucky University. He received the 2023 Distinguished Alumni Award from Eastern Kentucky University and is currently serving as vice chair of the Board of Regents.
