Denise R Ison-Miller CAE

Denise Ison-Miller, CAE, is the director of employer experience for The Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA). OSCPA has over 27,000 members and is the fifth largest of the state organizations serving CPAs in the United States. In her role, Ison-Miller is responsible for growing relationships with Ohio's leading employers, and fosters member engagement, recruitment and retention at both the organizational and individual levels. Ison-Miller has been associated with OSCPA in leadership roles since 2008, and primarily focuses on business development. Prior to joining The Ohio Society of CPAs, Ison-Miller was the membership director for the Professional Insurance Agents Association of Ohio for twelve years and spent eight years in leadership roles with the National Ground Water Association. Ison-Miller is a past presenter and current member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), and a presenter, member and current executive board volunteer of the Ohio Society of Association Executives (OSAE).
