Joe Martinez, CFA, is the Managing Partner of Phlox Capital Management, a fee-only independent RIA serving clients in three areas: investment management, financial strategy, and multi-family office administration. Prior to forming Phlox, Joe worked in private banking for five years following a fifteen-year career in institutional real estate finance with J.P. Morgan, Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, and the real estate debt fund Redwood Capital Finance Company.
