Eileen Kamerick is a National Association of Corporate Directors Board Leadership Fellow and SEC Financial Expert who is currently serving as a Board of Directors Member for three NYSE corporations and one LSE corporation.
Her financial acumen and expertise was honed in corporate Senior Advisor and CFO roles for major multi-national companies with businesses in Asia, EU, Africa, and the Americas, including: Amoco Corporation, Heidrick & Struggles, and Leo Burnett.
Eileen is known among top corporations—from small privately-held to global public conglomerates—as a strategic collaborative executive who drives growth and profitability while significantly enhancing stakeholder value.

Eileen earned her MBA with honors in Finance and International Business and her JD from The University of Chicago and completed additional graduate work at Exeter College at Oxford University. She was Phi Beta Kappa and Valedictorian of her undergraduate class at Boston College.
