Victoria Dudley

C-Suite Executive and Board Member, SeaCube Containers

Vicki is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for TTX COMPANY, the largest owner of railcars in North America with $1.7B annual revenue and $9.5B+ in net assets. She and her team are responsible for the company’s finance strategy and P&L: product prices and partnering with other Firm leadership to ensure financial performance is in line with investment grade ratings. TTX is owned by 9 different owners—a private equity (Berkshire Hathaway) firm, a private Mexican consortium; a private railroad; two Canadian public companies; and a NASDAQ-listed plus three NYSE-listed public companies. This requires preparation of close to SOX compliant financial reporting including ICFR and GAAP-compliant processes, including revenue recognition, balance sheet item classifications, equity method of accounting, and SEC partner audited quarterly/annual financial statements.

Previously she was the CFO for Yancey Brothers Company, the Georgia Caterpillar, Blue Bird Bus and International Truck dealer where she supervised a staff of 80 professionals via five direct reports—including the CHRO and CIO.

Vicki earned an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and her BS, Commerce and Finance from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce. She is a member of the National Board of Prevent Child Abuse America, the Board of two captive insurance companies and is the Audit Committee Chair and Board Member of Seacube Container Leasing, the fourth largest global container lessor owned by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.
