Chris Lucas is the founder of the Lucas Valuation Group.  During the last twenty-five years, he has valued hundreds of companies across most industries.  Ten years of his valuation experience came as a professional investor in the leveraged finance industry where his valuation conclusions were continuously judged by mark-to-market measurements of the returns on his investment portfolios.  In addition to his investment experience, Chris has performed traditional appraisals for federal income tax, financial reporting, merger and acquisition support, expert witness support and other purposes.  Mr. Lucas has provided expert witness testimony in both federal and state court on numerous occasions.  In addition to business appraisal services, Mr. Lucas has recently begun to offer business brokerage assistance to his business owner clients.
