Kathleen McLaughlin is the National Employee Benefit Plan practice leader at Grant Thornton LLP. Kathleen has over 20 years of audit experience, including extensive experience in auditing employee benefit plans, including audits of defined contribution, defined benefit, and health & welfare plans. She routinely provides quality control reviews, technical advice and assistance to other offices, and she serves as the lead engagement partner for some of the Firm's largest clients.
Kathleen is actively involved with the ongoing process of updating Grant Thornton's audit methodology, tools and practice aids, and serves as a program leader and developer for the firm's nationally developed employee benefit plan training programs.
Kathleen currently serves on the AICPA's Employee Benefit Plans Expert Panel.
