Michelle Richter advises on the packaging, program development, market launch and distribution tactics of wealth management, life insurance and annuity initiatives. Prior to joining Milliman, Michelle held several management roles at a large life insurance company where she led product development, marketing, operations, compliance, wholesaling/distribution, and training teams in life insurance, annuity and wealth management products and programs. Michelle joined Milliman's NY office in 2017.
