Sam Battle CPA

Sam has practiced public accounting since 2006 and currently works for Moss Adams LLP. He provides assurance services to clients in the real estate industry, including real estate funds, public nontraded REITs, homebuilders, land developers, mobile home owners and operators, investment companies, and property management companies. Sam works closely with his clients on real estate valuations, consolidation issues, acquisition accounting, internal control structures, accounting guidance implementation, and various accounting issues.

Sam as also served as the AVP for a North American subsidiary of a global private markets investment manager with over $55 million in AUM. His responsibilities included financial reporting, SEC compliance matters, product structuring, and asset valuations.
