Alan Bornstein is the founder and President of UTW Capital, LLC. UTW Capital has two structured capital programs. The first program, BREADBOX, provides a structured loan program for private real estate developers engaging in public/private economic incentive development programs with public entities. The second program, FANFAIRE, provides a structured loan program specifically for stadiums, arenas, and clubs that have membership based licensing programs. Mr. Bornstein is also the founder and President of UTW Realty, LLC, a commercial real estate development firm, with development projects in Missouri, Illinois, Colorado, and Washington. Mr. Bornstein received a BS from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a JD from Washington University in St. Louis, and an LLM in Taxation from New York University.
