She is a results-driven financial services executive with over 20 years of industry leading global experience in operations and a deep consulting background. She has multifaceted experience in technology and insurance with a proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams to realize exceptional financial results. Shannel has a track record of successfully delivering large, complex programs on time and within budget and extensive experience in program transformation, process improvement, program management, digital strategy and customer experience, product development, and change management.
Shannel leads our insurance clients in the following ways:
•Through agent and client experience centric digital transformational programs that include uncovering the art of the possible, building out greater than 35 client experiences, defining the capabilities, building the multi-year roadmap and defining an organization’s governance model to support the implementation.
•Through large technology transformational programs, specifically policy and claims technology transformations. These very complex global implementations range from 20 people to 500 people engagements and include planning, designing, building, testing and on-going maintenance support. Additionally, as a preferred partner, she assists our clients with the development of building their strategic roadmaps to support the organization’s strategy.
•Through current state and future state assessments for finance, risk and internal controls, claims, data and information management, accounting, distribution and product.
