•He has over 16 years' experience in relationship management, complex negotiations, buy/sell side advisory, outsourcing and post merger Integration during a successful career covering several jurisdictions including Europe, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands.

•Chris is also GPHR & SHRM SCP certified which affords him a unique perspective on people issues during transactions or restructuring. He has also led some of the most successful offshore HR Consulting teams in the Cayman Islands and the Caribbean.
