Shannon Castellanos is the Vice President, Accounting and Finance for The Wonderful Company, a privately held $4.6 billion dollar company committed to high-quality, healthy brands such as FIJI Water, Wonderful Pistachios, Wonderful Halos, POM Wonderful and JUSTIN Wine. Shannon is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, finance, master data management and payroll, as well company wide finance initiatives. She is currently leading a project to standardize financial processes, which started with the creation of a global chart of accounts, across the various Wonderful business lines from multiple independent ERPs, preparing them for the transition to the Cloud.
Shannon is passionate about both people development and philanthropy. She successfully developed and supports a 2-year rotational program for recent graduates interested in accounting careers, giving them the opportunity to work in different business units and building a pipeline for talent within the organization. She serves as the Chairperson of the Board for the Wonderful College Prep Academy schools; whose mission is to increase the number of college graduates in the underserved communities of the Central Valley of California.
Shannon joined FIJI Water in January 2008 as a key member of the Finance organization prior to moving to the parent company in 2014. She started her career at Deloitte, where she focused on consumer products and technology companies. She earned her BS in Accounting from Boston College and is a CPA in the state of California.
