Tina Mashiko

Vice President of Finance, Western Digital

As Vice President, Finance of Western Digital Corporation, Tina Mashiko is responsible for overseeing Enterprise and BU P&L’s, Corporate FP&A, Cash Management/Forecasting including Consolidations, Revenue/Business Planning, Global Opex, R&D Finance Portfolio Management, and Finance Business Systems. She is responsible for leading cross functional teams to integrate finance and business processes following the complex multibillion-dollar acquisitions of HGST, WD, and Sandisk. She is also responsible for establishing and co-chairing the Transformation Management Office (TMO) whose charter is to approve and govern all enterprise transformation projects including the implementation of End-to-End processes and governance structure.

Tina joined the HGST team in 2010 which was later acquired by Western Digital in 2012. Prior to this, she has accumulated over 20 years of International Finance and Operations experience which includes leading five large M&As for companies such as Lucent Technologies, Lockheed Martin, and Western Digital. She has led extensive global transformation initiatives in Asia Pacific, Latin America and Canada. Tina progressively broadened her operational management and leadership experience in HR, Logistics, IT, and enterprise PMO during the course of her career. Prior to joining HGST, she was the VP, International Controller for Asia Pac, Latin America and Canada for Hitachi Data Systems, and held other leadership roles at Lucent Technologies and Lockheed Martin.

She attended San Jose State University and then earned her BA in Business Administration from National University.
