Sara Forte

Sara Forte is an employment lawyer and founder of Forte Law, based in Surrey, BC. Sara and her team advise employers, employees and unions on all aspects of labour & employment law and workplace human rights. Sara has focused her practice on workplace law since her call to the bar in 2004. Prior to attending law school, Sara worked as a human resources professional and currently holds a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. Sara’s professional passions are entrepreneurship, ending workplace sexual harassment and innovation in the practice of law, and she presents and writes frequently on these topics as well as employment law and workplace human rights issues.
