Jonyce started at Squire in 1999 as a member of Squire’s tax team. In 2000, she started, what became Squire’s QuickBooks support team and client accounting service lead. She led Squire’s advisory team from 2011-2017, and recently took over as Squire’s CEO in January 2018. Jonyce specializes in working with her clients to help them determine the best accounting system to meet their needs; and then assists in installing, training, and maintaining the system. She also serves as an outsourced controller, CFO, and enjoys working with management teams. Jonyce implemented and leads Squire’s Women’s leadership development program, which has recently been recognized as part of the AICPA women’s initiative firm pilot program successes. Jonyce has been named as an Intuit Top 100 ProAdvisor for the past five years. Jonyce is a past recipient of the Utah Business Magazine’s 30 Women to Watch Award. She has also been twice named to CPA Practice Advisory’s Top 40 under 40. She has the recipient of the AICPA’s Women to Watch - Experienced and Emerging Leaders awards. Jonyce also enjoys giving back to the community and currently serves on advisory boards for BYU, University of Utah and the Utah Women in Leadership Project. She is also a Past President of the UACPA and currently serves on the AICPA Women’s Executive Initiatives Committee. Jonyce is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; as well as the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants. Jonyce graduated Cum Laude from Brigham Young University with a B.S. and Master of Accountancy with an emphasis in taxation.
