Fiona Pearman PFS

Co-Founder, Quantum Impact Group Pty Ltd (Core Confidence)

Co-founder of QUANTUM IMPACT GROUP [https://quantumimpact.com.au/]and co-author of Core Confidence [http://coreconfidence.com.au]. Fiona's work is primarily focused on empowering women to be catalysts of change and supporting organisations to build their pipeline of female talent. The research demonstrates that gender-balanced workplaces improve profitability, innovation and diversity - so more women at the top benefits everyone! With a background in brand strategy, culture and leadership, Fiona has seen first-hand the opportunities that can be harnessed when organisations shift the systemic and structural barriers that impede gender equity. Fiona is the co-author of CORE CONFIDENCE [https://coreconfidence.com.au/book/] which is the result of years of research and insights working with courageous women willing to challenge the status quo. This research revealed that despite there being lots of information about confidence generally - there is very little that provides a practical how-to guide to address this issue. Having shared her work at conferences, forums, panels and within organisations both in Australia and internationally, Fiona has learnt how universal this topic of confidence is. Both men and women find there are times when their confidence wavers and affects their presence and influence, which then has an impact on their career. Fiona believes that the fastest way to gender equity is to tackle the structural and societal barriers that hold women back _AND_ support every woman in the system to fully step into her power. Fiona leverages her expertise and experience with organisations on specific interventions that address the systemic dynamics that influence the gender imbalance present in many leadership pipelines.
