Arturo Guillen is a senior finance executive with over 25 years of experience in global technology, pharmaceutical, chemical and consumer goods companies. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer North America of Unit4, a global software company headquartered in the Netherlands with offices in 26 countries that designs and delivers enterprise software and ERP applications for people centric organizations, with special focus on the professional services, education, public services, and not-for-profit sectors. He also a member of the Board of Directors of Benchmark Federal Credit Union, a community credit union in Chester County, PA with 13,000 members.
Arturo previously worked for Ellucian Inc. a global leader in higher education technology, provider of student information systems (SIS) where he was Head of Finance of the Global Cloud Business Unit and before Senior Finance Director for the Latin America Region. Previously, he was the VP of Finance CFO of United Phosphorous Inc. (UPI), the North American division of United Phosphorous Ltd (UPL); the largest agro-chemical company in India.
Arturo held several management positions of increasing responsibilities in a 14 years career at Pfizer Inc. and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals including Senior Director of Finance Nutritional Business Unit, Senior Director of Finance Pharma U.S. Region, Finance Director Latin America, Controller Latin America, and other global, regional and local management roles.
