Lena Yueh is an attorney with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Service's Office of General Counsel where she works on national complex litigation matters. Prior to joining HHS in 2019, she was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Georgia for nine years. In that position, Lena worked on civil health care fraud cases. Lena earned her undergraduate degree from Pomona College, her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, and her M.P.H. from Georgia State University.
