Cindy Joseph CPA

Cindy Joseph is a Manager at Financial Research Associates. Ms. Joseph provides forensic accounting services, valuation services, and other litigation related services. 

Representative assignments include: 

• Valuation of closely-held businesses 
• Historical income and cash flow 
• Marital balance sheet • Lifestyle analysis
• Analysis of marital/non-marital property claims
• Analysis of deferred compensation/coverture analysis 

Prior to joining Financial Research Associates, Ms. Joseph worked as a public accountant. Ms. Joseph’s previous employers include Deloitte and KPMG. While working in public audit, she was primarily responsible for planning and conducting audits in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards for a variety of publicly-traded and closely-held businesses. Ms. Joseph obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
