Unique background and over 30 years of hands-on, industry experience, that include being a CIO and SR VP of Information Technology for Penske Automotive in addition to 10 + years working for privately owned dealerships as a Controller and various back office positions. Worked for ADP / CDK supporting the Enterprise Automotive Dealers. In addition to CDK experience, worked with executive level representatives of many Dealer Management Systems (DMS) at Reynolds and Reynolds, Cox Automotive, Dealer Built, PBS and Automate. Specializing in assessment of IT controls, automating and improving data and internal systems support and Project Management of DMS migrations. Participated in the success of over 75 dealership acquisitions as a buyer and a seller, additionally she has managed over 200 DMS transitions.
