Benstock is internationally recognized for his groundbreaking philosophy on consumer driven business, “The Future is Frictionless.” Most recently, Benstock has worked with with Google to transform the customer experience by removing friction from one of the biggest customer pain points: vehicle maintenance and service. Benstock’s passion for the industry and his commitment to lifelong learning led him to hold many positions within the dealership including sales consultant, sales manager, assistant to the assistant manager, finance manager, general sales manager and, eventually, a partner within the organization.

An active player in his community, Benstock works to support the Sloan-Kettering Memorial Cancer Center, Women In Automotive, Team for Kids, NY Roadrunners, the American Cancer Society, Foundation Fighting Blindness, The Starlight Foundation and the Hias Foundation. He is also an avid competitive runner, completing 23 marathons including Boston, Chicago, Miami, London, and New York.
