Brian Thomas, CISA, CISSP, QSA, has over 20 years of experience in management consulting and risk advisory services. He currently oversees Weaver's Advisory Services practice which includes its Risk Advisory, IT Advisory, Transaction Advisory, Valuation, Forensics & Litigation Support, Energy Compliance, Client Accounting Services and Digital Transformation & Automation Services offerings. Brian frequently speaks and publishes articles on the subject of cybersecurity and related subjects such as third party risk management. He is a former member of the AICPA's Information Management and Technology Assurance (IMTA) Executive Committee and a member of the IM Advisory Council at the McCombs School of Business of The University of Texas at Austin. He graduated with a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
