Wes Kelly CPA

Wes is a partner at Crowe LLP's National Office, where he has dedicated significant time performing financial statement pre-issuance review and evaluating PCAOB and AICPA audit standards, including leadership roles for various efforts including:

• Implementation of new audit standards
• Participated in the Firm's response to SEC and PCAOB proposals
• Audit quality monitoring activities such as: PCAOB inspection, internal inspection, and pre-issuance
• Development and delivery of various internal training sessions related to PCAOB and AICPA audits
• Involvement in emerging areas, such as ESG and digital assets
• Consultations on audit related matters

Prior to his time at Crowe, Wes was a partner in PwC's National Office. During his tenure with PwC, he principally served companies in the financial services sector. In addition to Florham Park, New Jersey, he has worked in Birmingham, Alabama and Jacksonville, Florida. Wes also served two years as a Professional Accounting Fellow in the Office of the Chief Accountant at the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Wes has a degree in Accounting from Huntingdon College and Master's of Business Administration from Troy University. He is a member of the AICPA and is a Certified Public Accountant in Alabama, the District of Columbia and New Jersey.
