Christina Gadrinab

Christina has over seventeen years of experience as a trusted advisor to executives across a variety of industries and geographies. Her experience includes data analytics and dashboards, finance transformation, process improvement, project management, change management and strategic planning. Prior to joining CrossCountry, Christina founded Accelerate Consulting, where she led projects around data analytics, business transformation and strategic planning for finance and commercial teams. She also worked at Choice Hotels International, where she built and led the sales planning, operations and technology team for the Global Sales organization. Christina’s past experience includes leading projects within Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations practice and CSX Corporation’s Internal Audit & Advisory team.

Christina received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The College of William and Mary. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
