Pardeep Dhanda (aka Paddy) comes from the city of the Peaky Blinders, Birmingham (England). He has gone from programming geek to chief Lego player as an Agile trainer, coach and speaker. He has previously rolled out Agile education to over 100k agilists within a global bank. Paddy specializes in multiple Agile frameworks, holding various certifications; CSPO (Scrum), CSM (Scrum), A-CSM (Scrum), SPC (Scaled Agile Framework), LeSS (Large Scale Scrum).

Paddy is passionate about innovation education and is the creator of Jungle Scrum (a fun and interactive innovation workshop) and regularly posts doodles on his personal blog paddydhanda.com. He has recently launched his new podcast, The Peaky Agilist, where he speaks to Agile thoughtleaders and practitioners. Be warned, he also tells really bad jokes according to his two young children.
