Darrell Williams

Darrell Williams is director of Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Information Technology Department. In that capacity, he is responsible for key IT initiatives for the firm, along with technology strategic planning, oversight of the IT budget, information security, and management and leadership of the department. Darrell also maintains responsibility for performance management, IT acquisition oversight, professional development and capital planning. Darrell has considerable experience in the information technology arena, specifically in maximizing the value of institution investments in technology. He also has expertise in proper IT business alignment, information security, business continuity, IT audit, and business application implementation and support. Prior to joining the firm, Darrell was the chief technology officer for a financial holding company and served more than 11 years in the banking/financial industry. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving seven years that included two tours of duty in the Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Storm and Desert Shield.
