Peter B. Reilly, CPA, CVA is President and Managing Partner of Councilor, Buchanan & Mitchell, P.C., which operates out of offices in Bethesda, Maryland and Washington, DC. CBM caters to a variety of industry niches including auto dealerships, non-profits, construction/real estate, professional service firms and family businesses. CBM’s services include tax compliance, auditing, financial planning, litigation support, CAS and business valuations to name a few. Pete has 40 years of audit and tax experience, currently focusing on mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, family businesses and litigation matters. During his tenure as managing partner, CBM has grown from 43 to 99 team members, experienced significant revenue growth both organically from our niches and from acquisitions, resulting in double digit increases in come for CBM partners. As important is CBM’s diversity, including 60% female staff, 45% female partners and principals and 22% minorities.
