Tricia A. McLaurin

Tricia A. McLaurin, was reared in Central Islip, Long Island, New York. She has worked in the Human Resources field for 20 years. Tricia started her career in Human Resources in Long Island, at Cablevisions Systems Corporation, while attending college. Tricia obtained her Bachelor’s of Science, in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology, Old Westbury, New York. She obtained her Master’s of Art in Christian Leadership & Management in May 2016. Tricia is currently pursuing an additional Master’s Degree in Human Resources. In January 2019, Tricia celebrated her 15th year Anniversary with Paychex Corporation and currently holds the title of HR Consultant.

Tricia is a proud member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She is a prolific speaker who appreciates the opportunity to encourage, empower and excite people with word presentation. Tricia has been privileged to participate as a presenter nationally at the SCORE Small Biz Virtual Conference, SCORE Leadership Conference, Annual Gaming Conference, & the National Coalition of 100 Black Women Leadership Conference to name a few. Her motto is, “Humans are the Best Resources.”
