Kristine Latchaw CPA, PAFM

Kris Latchaw joined Maner Costerisan in 2011 as the Director of Administration, overseeing the day-to-day internal operations as well as recruiting and staffing team members. Specifically, she manages and directs the firm's administrative, facilities, financial and personnel functions. An integral part of the Maner Costerisan team, Kris also assists with managing internal information systems and marketing initiatives.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Kris has over 20 years of professional experience in the field. Prior to joining Maner Costerisan, she spent two years as an accounting manager for a consulting firm and eleven years as a senior manager with a national accounting firm.

Kris is actively involved in the CPA Firm Management Association and currently serving as the President of the Michigan Chapter. Through this involvement, Kris collaborates and networks with national leaders of the CPA profession in order to identify areas of similarity, sharing best practices, supporting and encouraging each other to learn and grow in their development. In addition, she has access to expert thinking, education, guidance and resources in CPA firm strategic planning, operations, finance, technology and human resources that she brings back as a leader at Maner Costerisan.
