Becca Davis

As director of practice growth, Becca oversees the marketing and practice growth efforts for Rea & Associates. She focuses on building relationships with the firm's principals, helping them identify opportunities and providing them the tools they need to grow their practice and develop new offerings and solutions for their clients. She oversees a team of six and prides herself on developing effective and fearless marketing strategies. Becca currently serves as secretary on AAM's board of directors. Outside of work, she enjoys camping with her boyfriend and two rescue dogs.
