Karen Miessner is the Lead Audit Partner in SingerLewak LLP's Not-for-Profit Assurance and Advisory practice and is located in the Los Angeles office. Karen is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner with over 21 years of experience serving nonprofit organizations in many capacities, including independent auditor, consultant, CFO, board member, and volunteer. Karen's experiences in these various functions as well as in a wide variety of nonprofit organizations have given her a practical and informed approach to serving her clients. Karen is a member of the AICPA Not-for-Profit Expert Panel. Karen is on the board of directors of YWCA of Greater Los Angeles and C5 Youth Foundation of Southern California.
