Jeff Zeleji CPA

I have over 14 years of experience with a primary focus in serving not-for-profit (NFP) organizations and religious institutes. My experience includes job management and organization, supervision and training of staff, and communication with client management and committees. As Plante Moran's NFP Industry Technical Leader, I am responsible for our NFP professional standards team, which involves responsibilities such as leading initiatives related to the implementation of new not-for-profit reporting, auditing and accounting standards, along with completing quality control reviews of financial statements. I have also presented at external trainings, such as Plante Moran webinars and at the Resource Center for Religious Institutes' national conference, on subjects such as advanced accounting and financial reporting topics. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Accounting degree from Wayne State University.
