Dr. Ziemba is a Managing Director in the BDO Global Employer Services practice at BDO. He has over 25 years of providing advice to executives and Boards of organizations with diverse missions and complexity.
His consulting focus is on developing executive talent strategies and programs with the goal of aligning leadership capabilities with organizational goals. Talent strategies include executive assessment, competency development, performance enhancement, and succession.
Prior to his consulting career, he held leadership positions in healthcare, banking, and manufacturing and has served on the board for a number of nonprofits.
