Aaron Saito CPA, CGMA

Mr. Aaron Saito is the ICAP M&A and Equity Controller at Intel Corporation. He is responsible for valuations, financial due diligence, purchase price accounting and integration activities associated with Intel’s acquisitions, divestitures, and equity investments. Mr. Saito has participated in over 100 acquisitions, divestitures, and equity investment worth over $40 billion during his time with Intel.

Prior to joining Intel Corporation in 2012, Mr. Saito was the Controller at TransBay Cable. At TransBay Cable Mr. Saito oversaw the Finance and Accounting Functions and worked with their parent company on overall portfolio investment strategies. Prior to TransBay Cable, Mr. Saito was a Senior Manager at PwC and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Masters in Accounting degree from the University of Michigan.
