Dena Herbolich CPA

Dena has practiced public accounting since 1993. Dena is part of the Moss Adams Employee Benefit Plan Steering Committee. Her related responsibilities include firm wide benefit plan education and quality control. Her benefit plan practice includes audits and consulting for defined contribution and defined benefit retirement and health plans, including employee stock ownership, cash balance, and complex investment arrangements. Dena maintains current knowledge of industry regulations through formal continuing education sponsored by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, the Western Pension & Benefits Council, the IRS, and the Department of Labor. She received the Moss Adams Technical Excellence Award for her knowledge of the employee benefit plan industry. She was the co-chair of the AICPA EBP Conference Planning Committee in 2017 and 2018. Dena is a member of the ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership.
