As CEO of HLB Lighting Design, Barbara oversees the firm’s legacy with an emphasis on creating a culture that is highly driven, curious, motivated for growth and profitability, balances the quality of life and work and is poised to lead the lighting industry. She has built one of the largest independent lighting design practices in NA along with an Ownership Transition plan since 1999. And has grown the leadership to 12 Principals and 7 offices with 85+ team members.
