Dr. Jeremy Lurey is the Lead of SingerLewak's People & Change Management Advisory Services practice. Dr. Lurey is a talented management consultant and organizational change specialist who partners with his clients to improve employee adoption and produce better business results. He has particular expertise in change management, talent management, technology adoption, process improvement, strategic planning, and succession planning.
For more than 20 years now, Dr. Lurey has served as a trusted advisor for clients ranging from small family businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. He has developed change management strategies and led numerous change management programs during SAP, Oracle, and other system implementation efforts – providing direct guidance and quality assurance support to project leadership. He has also designed and implemented new IT governance processes to enhance the success of these enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives.
Dr. Lurey holds MS and PhD degrees in Organizational Psychology. In addition to his role as a consultant, he regularly facilitates “Essentials of Change Management” workshops at professional conferences and seminars to help senior managers understand basic principles of resistance and enable faster transition processes. He has also authored several publications on change management, organization development, succession planning, and family business. Before joining SingerLewak, he worked at both PricewaterhouseCoopers and Andersen Consulting.
