Ken Esch is a partner in PwC's Private Company Services practice in Chicago. He serves a variety of clients primarily in the manufacturing, distribution and services industries. Ken's clients consist of family businesses, private equity backed companies and U.S. subsidiaries of foreign companies. He delivers a broad range of services to his clients, including federal, state and international tax compliance, financial accounting, tax audit defense, M&A support and other tax consulting services.
Ken is a member of the AICPA. He is based in PwC's Chicago office.
