Bill Bojan is a Director with CliftonLarsonAllen’s Business Risk Services group and has 30 years of experience serving primarily the financial services and health care industries, both in the private sector and in an advisory capacity. In the private sector, Bill has served as a Chief Risk Officer, Chief Ethics Officer, General Auditor, board member, board chair, and governance committee chair. Bill’s advisory experience extends to all aspects of an organization’s corporate governance, including: board operations and effectiveness, enterprise risk management (ERM), ethics, and internal audit.
