Cheryl Levesque CPA

Cheryl Levesque has more than 19 years of experience working in public accounting and the private sector where she has focused exclusively on the retail and insurance industries. In her current role, Cheryl has partnered with clients on needs related to internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, continuous monitoring initiatives, SEC reporting, technical accounting implementations, project management oversight for software implementations and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Dixon Hughes Goodman, Cheryl led the Internal Audit department of a Fortune 500 insurance company. Her primary responsibilities included overseeing financial and operational audits, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, fraud investigations, implementing continuous monitoring engagements and led the first outsourcing audit in India. She also worked for a Big Four accounting firm and the SEC Reporting department of a Fortune 500 financial institution.
