Andrew Pidgeon CPA

Andrew Pidgeon is a Professional Accounting Fellow within the Accounting Group of the Office of the Chief Accountant at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In this role his responsibilities include consulting with registrants on accounting and reporting matters, following the activities of U.S. and international accounting standard setters, and participating in the development of the SEC’s and other standard setting bodies’ rule proposals.

Prior to joining the SEC staff, Andrew was senior manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP where he spent time in the firm’s audit and advisory practices, as well as in its national office. Andrew is a Certified Public Accountant (California), CFA charterholder, and graduate of the University of Southern California.
