Also had significant responsibility for consulting engagements and development of strategic initiatives within the firm. Involved in research and development projects to support consulting engagements. Facilitated strategic and business-planning engagements for clients. Developed an industry-wide database that compiles the financial condition and results, organizational structure, management practices, strategic positioning, and other characteristics of construction businesses across the country.
