Chris Bailey is a Director in PwC’s Financial Markets - Real Estate practice providing valuation and transaction advisory services to commercial real estate investors, lenders and users. Chris advises clients on whole and partial interests in both real property and related credit instruments. Areas of specialty include: valuation for financial reporting and tax purposes, valuation governance assessments, market studies and research, transaction due diligence, dispute analysis and litigation support, loan origination due diligence, pre- and post-deal asset strategy, and corporate real estate consulting. Chris received a BS in Finance, Accounting and Real Estate from Indiana University. He is a licensed CPA in Illinois and is a CFA charterholder. He is a member of the AICPA, Urban Land Institute, Commercial Real Estate Finance Council, and the CFA Society of Boston.
